Delivery Charges

€5.00 delivery under €49 – Ireland & Northern Ireland (2 – 5 days)

FREE Click & Collect from Store

Orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

  • All deliveries will be sent by An Post postal services
  • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Tracking Numbers are valid after 6pm daily.
  • We try to dispatch your orders within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays
  • Due to the Corona virus restrictions, orders may be delayed.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for delays which are out of our control, eg strikes, bad weather or periods of large volume orders such as Christmas.
  • We endeavour to keep our customers updated on any delays and inform you of expected delivery times.

Failure of Delivery

If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. A refund of the cost of goods without shipping will be given. If the goods are still required, we will require an additional shipping fee to make a second delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to be at the delivery address given for shipping as goods cannot be left without signature. Customers must be available on their chosen contact number to facilitate the courier with delivery. In instances where couriers cannot make phone contact, packages may not be delivered.

Click & Collect

We aim to have your order ready for collection within 24 hours of you placing it. Please note this is subject to change and depending on availability, especially during busy periods (Mid Season Sale, Black Friday, Christmas Week etc.).

Please do not call in to collect until you have received the ‘Ready for Collection’ email. Items may have to be sent to store from our warehouse which can lead to a slight delay in your order being ready for collection.

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy is happy customers are return customers and if you got a product from us that does not entirely satisfy you we want to hear about it.

  • Items purchased from shoeonline.ie may be returned for refund within fourteen (14) working days from delivery/receipt of same.
  • Items that are received outside the returns period will be eligible for a credit note.
  • Returned items must include the email received from us on placing of order,
  • Items sent free shipping and then returned will be subject to a charge of €5.00 (our initial shipping charge).
  • We are happy to exchange a product for a different size, if available.
  • Products being returned must be unused and in unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • For a different product, then a new order must be completed on the website.
  • All goods should be returned to Shoe, 18 Upper Georges Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin

You are responsible for the cost and risk incurred on returning goods. We recommend that goods be returned by registered post.
